Mythic Patches DAoC, Launches Darkness Rising Website

Mythic has announced that they have patched Dark Age of Camelot to 1.79, which includes quests for epic armor that start at level 5. These quests will last until endgame, and become more group-oriented as they progress. The last quest for every player in a realm will be the same. These epic armor quests use Mythic's instancing within DAoC to prevent the need to camp monsters.Mythic has also opened the website for Dark Age of Camelot: Darkness Rising, the newest expansion for the game. Darkness Rising will be available through a $19.99 digital download and requires Dark Age of Camelot and the expansion Catacombs to play. Those who registered for Mythic's Dark Age of Camelot Roundtable in Las Vegas at the end of September will recieve the expansion for free.
