Mistwalker Announces DS RPG

At today's Nintendo DS Conference in Japan, former Final Fantasy head honcho Hironobu Sakaguchi has unveiled ASH, Mistwalker's first portable RPG. ASH, standing for Archaic Sealed Heat, is a Simulation RPG. In ASH, an ancient flame is sealed away, a flame that reincarnates a person, turning their body into ash to be rebuilt, but keeping their memories alive. The main character, Queen Aisha, is trying to unravel a problem related to the flame.Sakaguchi has stated that the graphics will be more realistic than other games on the DS. Hitoshi Sakimoto has been revealed to be the composer of the title. Sakimoto has worked on several Square titles, including Final Fantasy XII.
