City of Heroes Players Get CoV Monthly Fees Axed

City of Villians isn't your standard expansion - it's meant to be played as a stand-alone title. NCSoft, however, has dropped the bomb that City of Heroes players will pay no additional fees to add City of Villians to their account, and will play both for the same flat rate.City of Villians is set to release at the end of the month.
