City of Villians Hits Retail

NCSoft and Cryptic Studios have launched City of Villians, the not-quite-an-expansion to City of Heroes. Players of Villians do not need Heroes to play the game, but both are goverened by the same monthly fee. Players may also venture to special PvP areas and show Heroes players that evil will always triumph, because good is dumb.

City of Villians is available both in a $49.99 standard edition and a $69.99 collector's edition. The title is rated "T" for Teen by the ESRB.
