Persona 3 Limited Edition Announced
04.28.06 - 10:27 PM

A limited edition of Atlus' upcoming PlayStation 2 RPG Persona 3 will go on sale via Sony Computer Entertainment's online store PlayStation.com. This exclusive limited edition will only be available at the online store and ship with a set of 22 tarot cards, a pin badge and three poster cards showing character illustrations.

PlayStation.com is currently accepting pre pre-orders for the package. Fans who want to get their hands on this exclusive limited edition will have to pre pre-order it before being able to actually pre-order their set during a one week period beginning on June 15th. While PlayStation.com has not specified the available quantity, sets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Hence, an early pre-order is probably mandatory for those who want to make sure they will get their hands on this set.

Persona 3 will be released in Japan on July 13th. The standard version will retail for 6,800 yen ($59.36 US), while the original limited edition will cost 9,800 yen ($85.55 US).
