06.01.06 - 8:58 PM

Square Enix has announced that the distribution of Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Mission ~Final Fantasy VII~ for the first three months with Amp'd Mobile. The title, available this summer, will have both a single player mode that will take place three years after the Meteorfall at the end of Final Fantasy VII. Much like in Dirge of Cerberus for the PS2, players will be able to play in FPS mode as well as a third person action mode and take advantage of materia and limit breaks.

Sometime after the release of the title a multiplayer mode will become available, though details are scarce.

"Launching Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Mission ~Final Fantasy VII~ with Amp'd mobile is extremely exciting," said Daishiro Okada, President and COO, Square Enix, Inc., "Amp’d Mobile’s focus on the youth market and their powerful 3G network make them a great partner for continuing the legacy of Final Fantasy VII."

Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Mission ~Final Fantasy VII~ will be available this summer from Amp'd website at get.ampd.com.
