Valkyrie Profile 2 Hits Japan

Square Enix today released its highly anticipated RPG sequel Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria in Japan. At the Yodobashi Camera game and hobby store and the Sakuraya hobby store in Shibuya, Silmeria and Alisha look-a-likes were promoting the game. In front of Yodobashi Camera a line of about 100 fans were waiting to get their hands on the game. The game's limited edition apparently sold out very quickly at both stores.Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria is available in Japan for 7,800 yen ($67.95 US). The limited edition Artifact Box carries a retail price of 14,200 yen ($123.70 US). The game will hit North American retail store shelves later this year.
