Nihon Falcom Announces New Ys Game

Nihon Falcom has officially confirmed that it is currently working on the newest addition to its flagship series Ys. While the company has not announced any specifics regarding this new title yet, it posted two screenshots on the official website. One shows a blonde-haired protagonist, not series mainstay Adol, fighting a giant boss. The second screenshot shows yet another character (again not Adol, though) wielding a gigantic axe-like weapon, while running through a gigantic structure built high above the sea.A first trailer of the game will be available later this month. It will be featured on the demo discs shipping with Eiyuu Densetsu (Legend of Heroes): Sora no Kiseki FC for PlayStation Portable and Gensou Sangokushi 2.
