Gust Announces New RPG for PS2

Gust announced its newest project today. Titled Mana - Khemia - Gakuen no Renkinjutsushitachi, the PlayStation 2-based game will offer a setup similiar to Gust's flagship Atelier series. Its director is Tomohiko Yoshida, who has previously worked on Ar tonelico and Atelier Iris Grand Fantasm. Freelance designer Kazuyuki Yoshizumi is serving as the game's illustrator. Yoshizumi has previously worked on the PlayStation 2 version of Mai-Hime: Unmei no Keitouju and the PC-based MMORPG Bell Isle.

Mana - Kheima - Gakuen no Renkinjutsushitachi will be available in Japan sometime this May. Apart from this original title, Gust will release Atelier Lise: Ordre no Renkinjutsushi in Japan on March 1st.
