Shining Force EXA Editor Review

The Shining Force series took a long break after Shining Force III for Sega Saturn. Plenty of cousin Shinings appeared, but we didn't see a new title until Shining Force Neo, a game that killed off all resemblance to the original game's Strategy-RPG nature.

This year, Sega tries to learn from its mistakes on Neo, giving us a sequel of sorts, Shining Force EXA. How does it fare?
