Square Enix Reveals New Star Ocean PSP Tidbits

Courtesy of Famitsuu come a few new tidbits about Star Ocean First Departure. The PlayStation Portable remake of Square Enix's Super Famicom classic will feature an original playable character. Eris is a young girl with wings, who belongs to the Feather Folk. Her huge wings, golden hair, and cute looks make her look like an angel. Her past holds a big secret, though.In further Star Ocean-related news, Square Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment have again teamed up to offer Japanese fans a bundle including the game and an original Star Ocean PlayStation Portable unit. Star Ocean First Departure and the Star Ocean PlayStation Portable bundle will be available in Japan on December 27th. The game's standard version will retail for 4,800 yen ($40.95 US). The price of the bundle has yet to be announced.
