Dragon Quest IV DS Sells 1 Million in Japan

The newest incarnation of Square Enix's Dragon Quest IV has sold one million copies in Japan. It has taken the DS-based remake of the 1990 classic only three weeks to reach the platinum mark after its November 22nd release.

DS remakes of Dragon Quest V and Dragon Quest VI are also in the works, with Dragon Quest V currently carrying a spring 2008 release date in Japan.
