First Blue Dragon DS Details Announced

AQ Interactive has released some information regarding Blue Dragon Plus. The DS-based title is a spin-off of Hironobu Sakaguchi's Xbox 360 RPG Blue Dragon. Unlike its Xbox 360 cousin, Blue Dragon Plus will be a real-time strategy RPG rather than a traditional RPG. Many familiar faces from the original game will return in the new title. Meanwhile, the developers are apparently increasing the number of shadows significantly, as every character now seems to possess a companion in his or her shadow.Blue Dragon Plus will be available in Japan sometime in March for 5,980 yen ($53.41 US).
