Sting Announces New Strategy RPG for DS
02.13.08 - 10:14 AM

Sting today announced its newest strategy RPG offering, a DS game titled Knights in the Nightmare. Currently 60% complete, the game is the newest episode of what Sting refers to as the Dept Heaven Episodes. Riviera was the first episode and Yggdra Union the second one. Interestingly enough, Knights in the Nightmare is referred to as episode 4, and not episode 3. The new title will share Riviera's and Yggdra Union's setting. Knights in the Nightmare's protagonist will be called Wisp, while the heroine's name is Maria. Wisp is a soul without a physical body. In battle this comes in rather handy, because it allows him to take control of cursed knights who have lost their souls. The game is set to offer the following unit classes: duelist, warrior, hermit, archer, priestess, wizard, and lance knight.

Knights in the Nightmare will be available in Japan sometime later this year.
