Yoko Shimomura Best Of Album Announced

Square Enix today announced "drammatica - The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura." As the title suggests, this CD is a best of album featuring the greatest compositions of the prolific composer. The one-disc album will feature tracks from the Kingdom Hearts series, Live A Live, Seiken Densetsu: Legend of Mana, Seiken Densetsu: Heroes of Mana and Front Mission 1st. As a special treat for fans, a bonus track from the yet to be released PlayStation 3 title Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be included as well. The album will be available under the catalogue number SQEX-10112. It has also been confirmed that these will be new arranged tracks, instead of merely reprinting tracks from the games' respective OSTs. The album is planned to have a total of 15 tracks.Drammatica - The Very Best of Yoko Shimomura will go on sale in Japan on March 26th for 2,857 yen ($26.57 USD).
