New Sigma Harmonics Details Announced

Square Enix has opened a teaser site for its recently announced DS title Sigma Harmonics. As previously announced, key members of the game's development team have previously worked on the PlayStation 2 title Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII. These include producer Yoshinori Kitase, director Hiroki Chiba, character designer Yuusaku Nakaaki, and composer Masashi Hamauzu.The game begins in the mansion of the family of protagonist Sigma, located below the city of Tokyo. For generations Sigma's family has successfully sealed away powerful monsters. Sigma who is in line to become the next family leader had lived a normal student life, until the moment the world collapsed. The monsters Sigma's family had sealed away for generations appeared in the sky and with the exception of Sigma and Neon, all human beings disappeared. The past had been re-written by somebody. Now, it is Sigma and Neon's task to find out more about this event and change the course of time. Sigma Harmonics will be available in Japan sometime this summer.
