Aksys Games is bringing From the Abyss to the US. From the Abyss is an action RPG for DS developed by Sonic Powered, a Nagoya-based shop specializing in the creation of games for mobile phones. The game was originally released in Japan on January 17th. It lets you explore the world of Rubenhaut through a special world creation engine. Every time the player starts a new journey, this engine will randomly generate a custom world. The game's battle system will offer a high level of customization. Skills points can be distributed to customize a character's stats. Furthermore, players will be able to learn their enemy's techniques. Last but not least, Sonic Powered has incorporated a two-player co-op mode that lets you team up with a friend to defeat your in-game opposition.From the Abyss will be available in the US during the fourth quarter of the calendar year.
