Shiren the Wanderer Soundtracks Update
06.17.08 - 3:34 PM

As far as Chunsoft's Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer series is concerned, only two have ever been released. We've got reviews for both albums!

One was released in the mid-90s as an arranged soundtrack for the Super Famicom game Mystery Dungeon 2: Shiren the Wanderer. This title was adapted and remade recently for the DS. Drop the number "2" and you have the North American title of the game.

The other soundtrack is a three disc set printed by Wave Master after Sega bought Chunsoft. It contains the original soundtracks for a multitude of "Shiren" titles, none of which have ever seen the light of day in the US.

The big draw for this music? It's all written by Dragon Quest composer Koichi Sugiyama.
