The Xbox 360 has seen a lot of decent RPGs from both sides of the Pacific. One was so good, it even got an expansion. And that expansion was good too!Yeah, I'm talking about Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles. Today, Kyle Miller brings us the review. It may not be editor's choice material (like the game before the expansion was), but it's still pretty good stuff.
