Chrono Trigger Goes DS
07.02.08 - 10:14 AM

No more need for teaser pages, it's official: Square Enix will release a new version of its classic 16-bit RPG Chrono Trigger in Japan this winter. It was not immediately clear, whether the game will be a port or a remake. Chrono Trigger was originally released for the Super Famicom in 1995. Four years later, a Tose-developed PlayStation port hit Japanese retail store shelves. This PlayStation version was released in the US as part of the Final Fantasy Chronicles.
