Summon Night, Jake Hunter Soundtracks: The Completion
08.12.08 - 3:29 AM

Completionism: it runs in my veins.

Today, we set out to finish other things we started this summer.

First up, it's Detective Saburo Jinguji (Jake Hunter in North America). Neal Chandran writes up a review for the fourth and final soundtrack. This one is a four disc set, covering the music for the newly-released DS titles, as well as five classic NES games' soundtracks, all in one. It's a super-jazzy soundtrack...but Neal wasn't taken in by its super-jazzy-ness. ...yeah.

Then, we got five soundtracks in the Summon Night department. Granted, three of them are singles. But the other two are the OSTs for Summon Night 4 and Summon Night Ex-Thèse. This completes our reviews for the series until something new comes out (minus drama albums, of course).

Now that we're off our Summon Night Saburo Jinguji kick, it's time to get back to new stuff. Next week, we'll have reviews of some fun new soundtracks! TTFN, ta-ta for now!
