A game that went through too many development cycles to be finished, Too Human does tend to disappoint those who anxiously awaited its release. But it's finally here, and maybe if you weren't looking for it, the surprise might make it worthwhile.The game was released last week in North America, but it's just hitting Japan and Europe today.
