Shining Force Feather Announced

Sega has announced the newest addition to its long-running Shining Force series, titled Shining Force Feather. In pako and Inou Noichi (Itou Zatsuon) Sega has hired a duo of popular illustrators to provide Feather's designs. The former has already served as Shining Force EXA's character designer, while the latter has worked on Softpal's adult adventure title Alice.The game takes place 3,000 years after the great war fought by the Shining Force. System-wise, Feather will combine action-oriented battles with strategy RPG elements. Battles will be fought in real-time and players can freely assign various attacks to the A, B, X and Y buttons.
Shining Force Feather is set to hit Japanese retail store shelves in spring 2009.
