Fable II to Ship Without Online Co-Op Play

As revealed in a blog post, Lionhead Studios has decided to release Fable II without co-operative online play. Scheduled for an October 21st release date, the sequel will contain the complete single-player quest along with local co-op features, but online co-op will not become available until about a week later. The decision by Microsoft and Lionhead was made in lieu of delaying the game's release for an additional week.
