More Problems with Fable II

Lionhead Studios has announced that, owing to an issue with their supplier, the Collector's Edition of Fable II will feature less than was originally promised. Absent from the Collector's Edition will be the Hobbe figurine, premium box, and fate cards. The rest of the CE will remain intact, including the Fable II game disc, Making-Of DVD, XBox Live bonus content, and the extra in-game features. In amelioration of this shortcoming, Fable II CE will retail for $70 instead of the originally planned $80. As well, Lionhead has prepared a selection of music from Fable 1 and 2 as a free download beginning October 6th.

Fable II is scheduled for release on October 21st. It will release in both a standard ($49.99 USD) and Collector's Edition ($69.99 USD). For more information, see the Fable II website.
