Tales of Uninspiria: Or, Alphabet Soup

Wolf Team (part of Telenet Japan) created Tales of Phantasia. With a couple of name changes, many of the same members of that original design team have gone on to make over a dozen games in the series. And they did so in half the time it took Final Fantasy to reach that number of installments.

How do they do it? And, is it true what critics say, that it's essentially the same game over and over?
