Falcom Announces Ys 7 for PSP
03.19.09 - 12:40 PM

Nihon Falcom today announced that it will release Ys SEVEN (Ys 7), the newest installment in its flagship Ys series for PlayStation Portable later this year. Traditionally, the company has developed their games for the PC platform, before bringing them to home consoles or handhelds. The sequel to 2003's Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim, Ys SEVEN is set to feature an entirely new scenario and an enhanced version of the series' action-oriented battle system. As expected, protagonist Adol and his pal Dogi will be back in action as well.

Ys SEVEN for PlayStation Portable will be available in Japan in September for 6,090 yen ($61.96 USD).
