Let's face it: there are far more RPGs for the Nintendo DS than any other current platform. So if you're going to put an RPG on the DS, you better have made something really spectacular.

Developer Matrix Software (whom I best remember for creating Alundra) puts their best foot forward with Avalon Code, a unique Action RPG featuring... a book?

As usual, since Marvelous published the game in Japan, XSEED Games went ahead with the North American localization. The game hit stores three weeks ago, and that's just the amount of time editor Kyle Miller needed to learn the ins and outs of this particular title.
