GungHo Online Entertainment today announced that the PlayStation version of
Grandia will soon be available for download via the PlayStation Store's Game Archives. Developed by GungHo subsidiary GameArts,
Grandia was originally released for the Sega Saturn in December 1997. 1.5 years later the game was ported over to PlayStation. Downloading
Grandia will cost 600 Yen ($6.08 USD).
In further Grandia-related news, GungHo promises to release more information on its long delayed MMORPG Grandia Online during a press conference scheduled for May 20th. Moreover, series composer Noriyuki Iwadare as well as voice actresses Kikuko Inoue and Mariya Ise are set to attend the event.
