FFVII Advent Children Complete a Hit in Japan

Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete, the blu-ray release of 2005's highly successfully CG movie has sold 100,000 copies on the day of its release (April 16th). Offering bundles which included a demo of Final Fantasy XIII and a PlayStation 3 unit proved to be a smart move not only for Square Enix, but also Sony Computer Entertainment. Following the movie's release, 57,000 PlayStation 3 units were sold in Japan.
