Idea Factory Announces PS2 Strategy RPG
Strategy meets dress-up in this original RPG title.

Idea Factory is working on an original strategy RPG for PlayStation 2. Titled Nuga-Cel!, the game lets you battle for control over the 23 areas of "Tokyo 23". In Nuga-Cel!, the key to victory are the costumes of the female party members. By changing the heroines' clothing, it is possible to make them stronger. As expected, the game will feature love adventure elements.

Battles will be straight-forward and command-based. Powerful deathblows will be at the player's disposal to rid himself of any opposition on the battle field. Nuga-Cel! will be available in Japan on July 30th for 7,140 yen ($72.20 USD).
