Q Entertainment is working on a PlayStation 3 version of Angel Senki (Record of the Angel War). The PC-based MMORPG Angel Senki was originally developed by UserJoy of Taiwan, the same company that has already been responsible for Q's first PS3 online game Angel Love Online. In fact, Angel Senki can be considered a sequel to the latter. While retaining the same cute 2D visuals, the new game promises more action-oriented battles.

While the game's PC version is said to enter its closed beta testing phase as early as May 27th, Q Entertainment has yet to release a schedule for the console release. Downloading the client and playing the game will be free of charge. Fans will only pay real cash for the items they choose to purchase in the game. The PlayStation 3 and PC versions are running off the same servers, hence all users will play in the same world.

Angel Senki for PlayStation 3 will be available in Japan this fall.
