There are lots of nifty pre-order bonuses for games nowadays: extra items, new character models, plush dolls, and soundtracks all come to mind. What's the best preorder bonus of all? A free game. Following in the footsteps of companies like EA, who gave away Battlefield 2 to customers who preordered Medal of Honor Airborned, SEGA is offering customers who preorder the RPGFan Best RPG of E3 2009 Alpha Protocol a free download for Space Siege, Gas Powered Games' 2008 Action-RPG. So while we won't get to play Alpha Protocol until October, if we plunk down the cash today, we can let Space Siege tide us over until then.
