PAX 09: Torchlight Gets Dated

The folks at Runic Games have announced the release date for their upcoming PC RPG Torchlight - October 27. Available as a direct download for a mere $19.99, the title won RPGFan's award for Best PC RPG of E3 2009 because of its fun gameplay and incredibly deep creation engine.

"We have always felt that gaming should first and foremost be about the players and by announcing the launch date of Torchlight to fans at PAX, we’re able to give them a sneak peak of the game before its official release" said Max Schaefer, CEO of Runic Games, Inc. and co-designer of Diablo.
