Growlanser, Persona Go Portable
02.04.09 - 6:28 PM

Atlus today announced PlayStation Portable installments of Growlanser and Revelations: Persona. Originally released in 1996, the first installment of the Persona series will see several updates for its portable release. Among the enhancements are additional movie sequences, tweaked balance (specifically related to the number of save points, encounter rate, etc.) as well as the selection of the level of difficulty at the beginning of the game. Atlus had originally announced plans to bring Persona to PlayStation Portable already back in 2004.

Persona for PlayStation Portable will be available in Japan on April 29th for 5,229 yen ($58.47 USD).

The new version of the ten-year old Growlanser is set to feature faster battles and a newly added path on which players will meet a new character.

Growlanser for PlayStation Portable is scheduled to go on sale in Japan on May 14th for 6,090 yen ($68.10 USD).
