TGS: Sega Details Valkyria Chronicles 2 Release
PSP sequel to popular PS3 RPG to arrive in Japan in January.

Sega announced that its PlayStation Portable title Valkyria Chronicles 2 (Senjou no Valkyria 2 in Japan) will go on sale in Japan on January 21st 2010 for 6,090 yen ($66.87 US). Those who pre-order the sequel to last year's critically acclaimed PlayStation 3 game will be treated to a booklet and a DVD titled "Document of Gallia 1936". The DVD will feature trailers introducing Valkyria Chronicles 2's setting to the player.

As reported earlier this month, Sega of America plans to bring the game to this side of the Pacific next summer.
