Bandai Namco Dishes Fresh Super Robot Taisen K Details

Bandai Namco Games has revealed the original cast of its upcoming DS title Super Robot Taisen K. In addition to pilots and mechs from 13 anime series, the newest brainchild of franchise mastermind Takanobu Terada is set to feature three original main characters. Mist, the 20-year protagonist used to be a highly talented rookie pilot. However, after witnessing the destruction of his home planet at the hands of a mysterious aggressor, he vows to fight no more. He only changes his mind because his friends are in grave danger. Angelica is Mist's childhood friend and a fellow pilot. The second female character, Sheldia rescued Mist after he had arrived on her planet. The 17-year old had lost her parents when she was very young. Afterwards, she raised her younger sister on her own. She hates losing and is very frank, often making comments not appropriate in the respective situation. Following the destruction of her home planet, her whereabouts are unknown.Super Robot Taisen K is scheduled to arrive on Japanese retail store shelves on April 2nd.
