Star Ocean: Second Evolution Review

For both of the Star Ocean PSP ports, our import reviews editor James Quentin Clark laid down the proverbial smack. For the domestic counterparts, it's our old friend and senior editor John McCarroll.

Today, John picks apart Star Ocean: Second Evolution. And even though he's an admitted fan of developer tri-Ace, he couldn't ignore some of the flaws found in this game. Or, rather, the missed opportunities that could've been taken to make the game more "remake" and less "port."
