The Return of PLAY!
Game orchestra concert coming to Salt Lake City this month.
11.02.09 - 8:22 PM

The concert series PLAY! is coming back after a brief hiatus, with a new set list to boot. The first concert in their latest tour will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. The concert will take place on November 17th (Tuesday), starting at 8pm, at Abravanel Hall with the Utah Symphony and Chorus.

If you live in the area, you might want to purchase a ticket before they sell out. And, as a heads-up to any of our Northwest-US readers, there will be a show in Eugene, Oregon (scheduled for April 2010).

In 2006, three RPGFan staff attended three different shows during that tour. Since then, producer Jason Michael Paul has changed the line-up of pieces and arrangements, though we are sure there will still be plenty of RPG-based tunes in the show.

Stay tuned to RPGFan for an interview with the show's producer about the PLAY! concert series, coming in the next week or so.
