However, the ESRB recently gave a rating to a game called Final Fantasy IV: The After Years presumably to be released through Nintendo's WiiWare service as a direct port of the mobile phone version. Though an ESRB rating does not necessarily guarantee a North American release, it is doubtful that Square Enix would choose not to bring the game to North America, particularly on such a popular console as the Wii.
