Books Into Games: Fighting Fantasy (DS) Review
This one might've been better off staying a book forever.

It's time to "choose your own adventure." Actually, that's another brand of books. The Fighting Fantasy game-book series was big in the '80s, and it's making a resurgence in unlikely places: namely, the DS and iPhone.

The iPhone games developed so far are essentially the same game-books, now in a digital format. But the DS game Fighting Fantasy: The Warlock of Firetop Mountain is a first-person Action RPG in the same vein as an Elder Scrolls title. Just, not nearly as impressive.
