Two New Ys III Soundtracks Reviewed
Also, did I mention that I *love* XSEED?
05.21.10 - 9:38 AM

Now, XSEED didn't publish these CDs. These are Japanese promotional releases for the PSP port of Ys -The Oath in Felghana-. But you see, we recently announced that XSEED will be publishing this PSP title, as well as at least five other PSP titles from Falcom, in North America. That's a pretty huge deal in my opinion.

So let's celebrate! And the only way I know how to celebrate is talking about awesome music.

Falcom published two CDs to go with their PSP version of the game. One is an old set of music that never before had its own soundtrack: Wanderers From Ys X68000 Original Soundtrack. Yup, you got that right. X68K. Whoda thunk it? There's another synth version of that classic soundtrack to dig into.

Next, released (I believe) to make up for a crappy Super Arrange Version, we get Ys -The Oath in Felghana- JDK Special. This is a solid 10-track arranged album you won't want to miss.

FALCOM! XSEED! MUSIC! YES!!!!
