With word that Final Fantasy IX for PSN is right around the corner, we thought we'd step back and take a look at the two previous PSOne RPGs that defined the genre for years to come.

I, the venerable Patrick Gann, did a review of Final Fantasy VII. Just call me Cloud Strife.

Our new reviews editor, Robert Steinman, did a review of Final Fantasy VIII. Don't call him Squall Leonhart. He might cut you.
