Dungeon Siege 3 Announced
And is brought to you by both Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment.
06.10.10 - 3:26 AM

This week, Square Enix announced a unique partnership with Obsidian Entertainment. The two companies will collaborate to bring the action RPG Dungeon Siege 3 to three platforms - PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC - with Square Enix as the publisher and Obsidian as the developer, as well as receiving input from the series' original developer, Gas Powered Games.

Dungeon Siege 3 will have a new co-op multiplayer mode, though players can still choose a solo adventure. The story follows a power struggle between the factions of Ehb, and the 10th Legion is chosen to help rebuild the kingdom before it completely falls apart. Players will have many classes and abilities to choose from, characters to recruit and heavy decisions to make.

No release date has been announced as of yet.
