Shin Megami Tensei I & II Available On JP Playstation Network
Still can't get enough of the series? Need to practice your Japanese?
08.11.10 - 11:59 PM

Last month, the Japanese Playstation Network saw a relatively quiet addition to its PSOne Classics series - the first Shin Megami Tensei title, of all things. This week, it was joined in the archives by its follow-up, Shin Megami Tensei II.

Both were originally Super Famicom titles (SMT was released in 1992, and SMT II in 1994), and were 'enhanced' when ported to the PSOne (in 2001 and 2002, respectively) - which are, of course, the versions available on PSN. Neither game saw a release outside Japan, so an English PSN release is probably not in the foreseeable future.

Shin Megami Tensei and Shin Megami Tensei II are downloadable for 1000 yen ($11.70 US) each.
