It's not quite a new Heroes of Might and Magic...

The strategy-RPG hybrid is a lot different depending on what part of the world it comes from. Western titles tend to be more focused on the strategy gameplay and focused on the PC - titles like Heroes of Might and Magic comes immediately to mind. Most Japanese SRPGs focus much more on the RPG elements than hex grids and dice rolls. Disciples III: Renaissance falls in the former category, developed by Akella in Russia.
