DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue has already hit both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live this week, but if you hurry, you can get some free extras as well. Purchasing the title on either network before September 27th will get you a third companion in addition to the two originally announced. Tankko the Warrior is described as half-man, half-monster who causes fear in his enemies and 'discomfort among friends.' Sounds like a winner, no? It would also appear that one of your other companions, Steve Von Prong is related to Lord Von Prong, the first title's villain, which could make things even more interesting.
The early purchase also nets you a 'snowy mountain dungeon,' and we've also added a small gallery for the game where you can see the dungeon and other bits from the game for yourself. Check it out below!
