Caption These Tactics Ogre Screen Shots For Great Justice
...also you can win a sealed copy of the PSone Final Fantasy Tactics.
10.20.10 - 1:37 AM

Square Enix has launched the "Mission HQ" on the North American site for its PSP-based Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together. What is it? A series of bi-monthly contests to promote the game, essentially, and if this first one is any indication, there could be great prizes in store.

Mission 1 as they call it, runs October 18th through the 25th and is a simple one: Simply load up the Mission page and come up with captions for the supplied screen shots. But don't just fill in anything - the most creative captions are what it will take to win! The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, and - not being excluded this time! - Canadians.

For this mission, the prize is seen below: A sealed (!) copy of the original Final Fantasy Tactics for PSone, along with a non-Greatest Hits edition of its PSP port, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions (wonder where that iOS version is…). If you've ever tried to get your hands on the original FFT, you know it can't be had for cheap. So go enter! (even though whoever wins will most likely just eBay the thing - you know it's true.)

While Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together doesn't yet have a solid release date in North America, general expectations - slightly backed up by the Mission outline page - point to a March or spring 2011 release. Meanwhile, our friends in Japan will get the game next month, November 11th to be exact.
