New info on remake of PS2 title.

As initially reported back in January, Gust is working on a PlayStation Portable remake of its 2002 PlayStation 2 RPG Atelier Judie: Gramnad no Renkinjutsushi (Alchemist of Gramnad). Apart from the new subtitle Norowareshi no Shujin (The Cursed Guardian), the developers have made several changes to the eight-year old game for the upcoming portable release. Among the enhancements and additions are new event scenes and items as well as an adjusted balance of the battle system. New floors and monsters are added to the ancient ruins dungeon. The meaning of the new subtitle is still unknown. The previously revealed female character is indeed a party member, but making her join the player's party won't be easy.

Gust wouldn't say whether more characters will be added to the new version.

Atelier Judie: Norowareshi no Shujin for PlayStation Portable will be available in Japan on April 8th.
