Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection Site Opens; First Trailer

If you heard about Final Fantasy IV coming to the PlayStation Portable and didn't think you needed yet another version of the game in your collection, take a better look first before writing it off. Below is the game's trailer from Jump Festa:

The Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection, as you know, contains the original game with updated graphics, The After Years sequel, a scenario which links the two, and a gallery mode. The gallery will contain, among other things, CG movies from the DS version and Amano's famous character illustrations. After showing the game off at Jump Festa this past weekend, Square Enix opened its official website today, which has some of those same illustrations, a video clip for the new scenario, and more. We've also added a gallery for the game where you can see the first batch of screens and just how updated the 2D graphics are.

Final Fantasy Complete Collection for PSP is due out in Japan sometime next spring.
